What happens if something breaks?
Care Plan clients get priority support. If your site has an issue, I’ll respond quickly, troubleshoot it, and get you back to a working state.
What counts as “minor content updates”?
Minor updates are small changes to existing content and basic page adjustments. If you need larger edits or regular content work, you can add it to your plan or book time slots.
Do you include backups and security?
Yes. The goal of a Care Plan is stability and protection, so backups and security basics are included as part of the care routine.
How often do you update and check the site?
Updates and monitoring run on a regular schedule. You’ll also get monthly health updates so you know what’s happening.
Do you work with my current hosting?
Yes. If you already have hosting, we work with what you have. If your hosting setup is part of the problem, I’ll tell you and recommend a better option.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Care Plans are set up so you can cancel if you need to. You’ll be able to see the terms before you start.
Do I need a Care Plan if my site was just built?
Especially then. Your new website is an investment, and Care Plans protect it from day one by keeping updates and checks handled.
What if I already have an “updates” package with someone else?
That’s fine. If you want, we can replace your current setup or take over parts of it. We’ll review what’s already in place so it’s a clean transition.
What counts as “priority support” in practice?
Priority support means when you message me I’ll respond quickly within 24 hours, troubleshoot the issue, and keep working until your site is working properly again. Or if you have questions I’ll happily consult you.
Do you monitor updates only, or also check for issues after updates?
Both. I keep the update process running safely, and I also check that the site is still working properly after updates. The goal is stability, not just “installing updates.”
Will updates affect my site design or layout?
Updates can’t “change your design” on purpose, but they can reveal small conflicts if something is already fragile. I handle updates carefully and make sure the site stays as it should, including layout and key elements.
What if I need help with content or a new page?
If it’s a minor change, it can be handled as part of your plan. For bigger updates or ongoing content work, we can add support through your plan or purchase additional time slots.
Do you support multiple websites or only one?
It depends on your care plan. Most plans are for one website, but if you manage multiple sites, we can set up a plan that covers them.
Can you start a Care Plan mid-month?
Yes. We can start mid-month and align the plan to your billing or start date. If anything needs attention right away, we can get that handled first.
