What counts as a “WordPress rescue”?
A rescue is when your WordPress site is broken, unfinished, not working properly, or hard to use. It’s also for cases where the setup has become messy and needs fixing so the site runs reliably again.
Do you fix only broken sites, or can you also improve speed and performance?
Yes. Along with fixing the errors, I also check performance and optimize what I can. The goal is not just “working,” but working well.
Will I keep my current theme/plugins, or do you change them?
Usually I keep what’s already in place and fix what’s causing the problem. If a theme or plugin is the reason for the issues, I’ll recommend the cleanest option and explain what changes are needed.
What if I don’t have access to everything (hosting/admin, backups, etc.)?
If you don’t have all the access, we’ll sort it out first. I’ll tell you exactly what I need (and what I can work with), so you’re not left guessing.
How long does a rescue usually take?
It depends on what’s broken and how big the fixes are. After the audit, I’ll give you a realistic timeline with clear expectations.
Do you include backups and security basics as part of the fix?

Will my content stay as it is?
In most cases, yes. I don’t change your content unless it needs fixing to resolve the problem (for example, formatting issues or broken elements). You’ll know what’s being changed and why.

Yes. That’s part of the rescue. I troubleshoot the site to find what’s causing the errors, then fix it so the problem doesn’t keep coming back.
